Founded by Ogi Jiimen, whose passion for Japanese cuisine has been shaped over nearly 15 years, Aji Mori House brings her dream of elevated omakase dining to life. Led by Chef Jae Jung, we feature fresh fish flown directly from Japan, paired with locally sourced seasonal ingredients and premium Wagyu beef.
